Where did I start in life? Yes England in a very small village called HELPSTON now within Cambridgeshire, previously Huntingdonshire & before that Northamptonshire the nearest large towns are - Perterbourgh, Leicester, Cambridge & Spalding.

Where did I go to school? 17 Schools! Yes indeed due to my father covering the Middle East for a company that made Diesel Engines designed and called Perkins Engines. So I have lived anywhere from Nairobi East Africa to Beirut Lebanon to Johannesburg South Africa to Bullawayo Rhodesia and many more areas of the world. Eventually I went to Laxton School in Oundle and then onto Kings in Peterborough followed by Hendon College in North London to study Hotel Management.

Well, Hotel Management made me travel extensively once again. This certainly entailed meeting and greeting many types of people and organizations of all nationalities. I learned for sure that the client is always the King or Queen and that my role was to orchestrate my team to produce quality in all areas required by the client.

From Hotel Management within the number one company in the world I was then moved into the areas of sales and marketing for the deluxe division. By pure chance this led me into the world of golf and country clubs, filling empty and unproductive space. 

So today, I bring YOU the visitor to my "Space" the commitment to finding YOU the perfect "Space" either in the Charleston area or of course take you to the geographical areas of GOLF located in many areas of Charleston and the Islands. (Rentals, Short, Medium and Long Term - Unfurnished or Furnished)
